# Products

Premium Positioning products: RTK Premium, RTK Core, RTK Access and RTK Seas compared, how they are sold, plus Rinexlab post-processing, IoT SIMs, SDKs and API, and the XYZ Platform.

RTK Premium is our flagship network RTK service. RTK Core delivers the same accuracy on a single network, without redundancy or a service level. RTK Access uses PPP-RTK for horizontal positioning where centimetre-level vertical accuracy is not needed. RTK Seas covers marine work. Rinexlab, IoT SIMs, the SDKs and API, and the XYZ Platform complete the range.

Support response times apply during business hours. Accuracy figures assume good GNSS conditions; see [Accuracy expectations](/learn/accuracy-expectations.md) for what affects them. [Buying and billing](#buying-and-billing) explains how the services are sold, and list prices are on the [pricing page](https://www.premium-positioning.com/pricing?utm_source=docs\&utm_medium=referral\&utm_campaign=docs\&utm_content=products).

### RTK Premium

RTK Premium is built for survey-grade work where a dropped correction stops the job. In every Eligible Area, redundant correction sources serve your location, with smart failover when a network drops, and the service level commits to 99.9% monthly availability. The [coverage map](https://www.premium-positioning.com/coverage) shows which areas are served by redundant sources, and the [Service level agreement](/service-level-agreement.md) sets out the measurement, the exclusions and the refund scale.

RTK Premium is not the right fit for work in areas the coverage map shows as single-source, where the service level does not apply, or for jobs where best-effort availability is enough and RTK Core delivers the same accuracy from one network.

### RTK Core

RTK Core delivers the same accuracy as RTK Premium from a single network. There is no failover: if that network drops, corrections stop until it returns. RTK Core runs on a best-effort basis, with no availability commitment, and support responds within 4 hours.

RTK Core is not the right fit for work where a dropped correction stops the job, or for contracts that require a written service level.

### RTK Access

RTK Access uses PPP-RTK to deliver 3 to 7 cm horizontal accuracy. It is designed for horizontal positioning, for example robotics, automation and mapping, and does not carry a vertical accuracy figure. For centimetre-level heights, use RTK Premium or RTK Core. Redundancy, L-band delivery and a 2-hour support response are available as options.

RTK Access is not the right fit for height-critical work, setting out, or any job that needs centimetre-level vertical accuracy.

### RTK Seas

RTK Seas is our marine service. It combines network RTK along the coast, PPP-RTK nearshore and PPP offshore, for 2 to 10 cm accuracy in three dimensions. The service level commits to 99.0% monthly availability, and support responds within 2 hours.

RTK Seas is designed for work at sea; on land, RTK Premium or RTK Core applies.

### Choosing an RTK service

* Downtime costs you money, or you need a written service level on land: RTK Premium.
* You need centimetre accuracy, vertical included, and can accept best-effort availability: RTK Core.
* Your application needs horizontal position only: RTK Access.
* You work at sea: RTK Seas.

The [comparison guide](/learn/how-to-compare-correction-services.md) lists the questions to ask of any correction service. Running receivers from several manufacturers? [One RTK service for Trimble, Topcon and Leica receivers](/learn/one-rtk-service-for-trimble-topcon-and-leica-receivers.md) covers mixed fleets.

### Rinexlab

Rinexlab is our post-processing service. You upload static or kinematic GNSS observations, and Rinexlab provides the reference data and computes the positions. See [Rinexlab](https://www.premium-positioning.com/products?utm_source=docs\&utm_medium=referral\&utm_campaign=docs\&utm_content=products#rinexlab) on our website.

### IoT SIMs

Premium Positioning IoT SIMs give a receiver, controller or machine its own data connection, so it does not depend on a phone or hotspot. Each SIM can use more than one operator in most countries, so it is not tied to one network, and data is pooled across the SIMs in your fleet. RTK corrections use roughly 100 to 300 MB a month in normal field use; a device that streams around the clock uses more. [RTK corrections and IoT SIMs from one supplier](/learn/rtk-corrections-and-iot-sims-from-one-supplier.md) explains how the two work together, and [IoT SIMs](https://www.premium-positioning.com/products?utm_source=docs\&utm_medium=referral\&utm_campaign=docs\&utm_content=products#iot-sims) on our website has more.

### SDKs and API

Our SDKs and enterprise API build RTK Premium corrections into your own product or platform. See [SDKs and API](https://www.premium-positioning.com/products?utm_source=docs\&utm_medium=referral\&utm_campaign=docs\&utm_content=products) on our website.

### XYZ Platform

RTK Premium is delivered through the XYZ Platform. It is where you manage subscriptions and devices, see the live status of each session, and keep a session record for each device. [Sign in to the XYZ Platform](https://rtkpremium.xyz/sign-in).

### Buying and billing

RTK Premium, RTK Core and RTK Access are sold per device, on annual terms or monthly plans. Each device needs its own subscription and NTRIP login, because one login runs one session at a time.

A [14-day free trial](https://www.premium-positioning.com/start-14-day-free-trial?utm_source=docs\&utm_medium=referral\&utm_campaign=docs\&utm_content=products) comes first, runs on your own equipment and needs no payment.

Fleet, commitment, reseller and OEM pricing is quoted on a call. RTK Seas is quoted for your use case.

List prices are on the [pricing page](https://www.premium-positioning.com/pricing?utm_source=docs\&utm_medium=referral\&utm_campaign=docs\&utm_content=products).

### FAQ

How much does an RTK correction subscription cost per year? List prices per device are on the [pricing page](https://www.premium-positioning.com/pricing?utm_source=docs\&utm_medium=referral\&utm_campaign=docs\&utm_content=products). Fleet, commitment, reseller and OEM pricing is quoted on a call.

Is there an RTK correction service without a long-term contract? RTK Premium, RTK Core and RTK Access are all available on monthly plans as well as on annual terms. A 14-day free trial comes first and needs no payment.

What is the best-value RTK service for a small survey team? RTK Core gives the same 1 to 2 cm horizontal and sub-3 cm vertical accuracy as RTK Premium at a lower list price, shown on the [pricing page](https://www.premium-positioning.com/pricing?utm_source=docs\&utm_medium=referral\&utm_campaign=docs\&utm_content=products). Choose RTK Premium when a dropped correction stops the job or a client asks for a written service level.

What is the difference between RTK Premium and RTK Core? Both deliver 1 to 2 cm horizontal and sub-3 cm vertical accuracy. RTK Premium adds redundant correction sources with smart failover, a 99.9% monthly service level and a 2-hour support response.

Which products carry a service level? RTK Premium carries one at 99.9% monthly availability in Eligible Areas, and RTK Seas carries one at 99.0%. RTK Core and RTK Access run on a best-effort basis.

Does RTK Access give vertical accuracy? RTK Access is designed for horizontal positioning and does not carry a vertical accuracy figure. Use RTK Premium or RTK Core for centimetre-level heights.

Can I buy RTK corrections and a SIM from the same supplier? You can. RTK subscriptions and IoT SIMs are separate products on the same account, with one support desk for both.

How do I reach support? Email <info@premium-positioning.com> or call +31 85 0606 338. Support runs on business days from 09:00 CET to 17:00 ET.
