# Trimble GFX-350 / XCN-750 (Precision-IQ)

These steps connect a Trimble GFX-350 / XCN-750 (Precision-IQ) to the Premium Positioning correction network over NTRIP, using Precision-IQ. They assume you already have your NTRIP credentials.

### Before you start

* Your NTRIP username and password, from your Premium Positioning welcome email or your account on the customer portal.
* Precision-IQ.
* A working internet connection on the controller or phone.
* A clear view of the sky at the point you are measuring.

### Network settings

These are the same for every Premium Positioning customer. Only your username and password are unique to you.

* Server or host: rtkpremium.xyz
* Port: 2101
* Mountpoint: COMMON
* Protocol: NTRIP

### Steps

1. Get your Premium Positioning NTRIP credentials ready: You'll enter corrections details on the display, including a username and password unique to your account - find these in your Premium Positioning welcome email. Don't type anyone else's, and don't guess; if you can't find the email, contact Premium Positioning before continuing.
2. Get the display online (Wi-Fi or cellular modem): NTRIP corrections arrive over the internet, so the display needs a live data connection. From the launcher/Settings, open Wi-Fi Settings and join a hotspot or network, or make sure your connected cellular modem has data/signal. Confirm internet before going further. (Wording varies by display/firmware.)
3. Open the GNSS tile: On the Precision-IQ Home screen, tap the GNSS tile - it shows your current correction service and satellite status. By default the display ships set to Autonomous correction.
4. Tap Edit to open the GNSS Edit screen: On the GNSS details screen tap Edit. The Corrections option is selected by default - where you change the correction service.
5. Open the Correction Service list: Tap Correction Service (Correction Services on some firmware). A pop-up list of correction sources appears, with Autonomous selected by default.
6. Select RTK as the correction source: Tap RTK. (If your account is licensed for a network/VRS RTK product, you may instead pick a VRS option - the internet/NTRIP fields are entered the same way. RTK/VRS usually requires a licence/unlock on the controller; if RTK is greyed out or missing, contact Premium Positioning or your Trimble reseller.)
7. Choose Internet / NTRIP as the data source: After selecting RTK, open the RTK options and set the connection method/data source to the internet option (commonly Internet, NTRIP, or Cellular/Modem - not Radio). Exact wording and location vary by display/firmware; if you don't see it, look in the RTK setup/options sub-screen.
8. Enter the caster server address: In the server / host / IP address field, enter: rtkpremium.xyz (field may be labelled Server, Server Name, Host, NTRIP Server or IP Address).
9. Enter the port: In the Port field, enter: 2101
10. Enter your NTRIP username and password: In the username and password fields (often Name/User and Password), enter the per-customer NTRIP login from your welcome email - your own; never reuse another customer's or invent them.
11. Load the source table and select the mountpoint: After server, port and login are entered, the display retrieves the available mountpoints (source table). Select: COMMON. If the list doesn't populate, re-check the server, port, internet, and credentials, then retry. (Protocol is standard NTRIP - no extra setting normally needed.)
12. Save and return to Home: Confirm/apply the RTK settings, then tap Home. The display begins connecting and requesting corrections; allow a short time for the stream to start.
13. Confirm RTK Fixed: Open the GNSS tile (or the status-bar correction indicator) and confirm the status reads RTK Fixed (not Float/DGPS/Autonomous), with a green GNSS status - cm-level corrections are live. If it stays Float or won't fix, recheck internet/data signal, the server/port/mountpoint, and your credentials; contact support if it persists.

### If the fix will not hold

Exact on-screen labels (Correction Service vs Correction Services, Server vs Host vs IP Address, and the Radio-vs-Internet/NTRIP data-source toggle) differ between the GFX-350, XCN-750 and other displays and across Precision-IQ firmware - match the closest field on your screen. RTK/VRS usually requires a licence/unlock on the NAV-500/NAV-900 controller; if RTK is unavailable, contact Premium Positioning or your Trimble reseller.
