# eSurvey E300 Pro / E600

These steps connect an eSurvey E300 Pro / E600 to the Premium Positioning correction network over NTRIP, using SurvStar / eSurvey field app (Android). They assume you already have your NTRIP credentials.

### Before you start

* Your NTRIP username and password, from your Premium Positioning welcome email or your account on the customer portal.
* SurvStar / eSurvey field app (Android).
* A working internet connection on the controller or phone.
* A clear view of the sky at the point you are measuring.

### Network settings

These are the same for every Premium Positioning customer. Only your username and password are unique to you.

* Server or host: rtkpremium.xyz
* Port: 2101
* Mountpoint: COMMON
* Protocol: NTRIP

### Steps

1. Power on and pair: Switch on the E300 Pro / E600 and your Android controller. Turn on Bluetooth so the receiver can be discovered. Ensure a charged battery and clear sky.
2. Open the field app: Open SurvStar (the eSurvey field app, part of the SurvX / SurPad family). Open/create a project if prompted. The icon may read SurvStar or eSurvey Field - same software.
3. Connect to the receiver: Go to the Device menu (Device or Connect / Communication by version) and choose Connect. Set Manufacturer to eSurvey, connection type Bluetooth, search and select your receiver's serial number, then Connect. Wait for 'Connected'.
4. Set the receiver to Rover: In Device open Rover (Device > Rover or Receiver > Rover) so the receiver applies incoming corrections. Configure the data link from this screen.
5. Choose the data link: Set Data Link to the internet option: Phone Network / PDA Network (Android device's data or Wi-Fi) or Receiver Network (SIM in the receiver). Phone/PDA Network is simplest. Wording varies by SurvStar version.
6. Select NTRIP protocol: Set the Protocol (Server type / CORS) to NTRIP, so the app logs in to a caster and pulls a correction stream.
7. Enter the caster address and port: IP / Server = rtkpremium.xyz and Port = 2101. If there's a saved-server list, tap Add to create a profile, enter these, save and select it.
8. Enter YOUR NTRIP credentials: In User Name and Password enter the NTRIP credentials from YOUR welcome email - unique to your account; do not use example values. Save the profile if prompted.
9. Get the source table: Tap Get Access Point (or Get Source Table / refresh icon next to Mount Point). The app connects and downloads the mount points; wait a few seconds.
10. Select the COMMON mount point: Open the Mount Point list and select COMMON (type it manually if it doesn't appear after refreshing).
11. Start the connection: Tap Start / OK / Connect to stream corrections. If login fails, re-check the username/password (case-sensitive) and that the data link has internet.
12. Confirm a Fixed solution: Watch the status move Single → Float → Fixed (RTK Fixed). Once Fixed the rover is cm-accurate. Stand still with clear sky if it stalls on Float.

### If the fix will not hold

The eSurvey field app is part of the SurvX / SurPad software family, so menu wording can differ slightly between versions - match the closest equivalent. Reaching Fixed needs clear sky and a working internet connection. If you can't get the source table, the usual causes are wrong username/password or no mobile data.

### Need help

Support is available 24/7. Include your receiver model, the mountpoint, the solution status, and the correction age when you get in touch.
