# DJI Phantom 4 RTK / Mavic 3 Enterprise / Matrice

These steps connect a DJI Phantom 4 RTK / Mavic 3 Enterprise / Matrice to the Premium Positioning correction network over NTRIP, using DJI Pilot 2 / DJI GS RTK (Custom Network RTK). They assume you already have your NTRIP credentials.

### Before you start

* Your NTRIP username and password, from your Premium Positioning welcome email or your account on the customer portal.
* DJI Pilot 2 / DJI GS RTK (Custom Network RTK).
* A working internet connection on the controller or phone.
* A clear view of the sky at the point you are measuring.

### Network settings

These are the same for every Premium Positioning customer. Only your username and password are unique to you.

* Server or host: rtkpremium.xyz
* Port: 2101
* Mountpoint: COMMON
* Protocol: NTRIP

### Steps

1. Get your credentials ready: You'll need the NTRIP username and password from your Premium Positioning welcome email. Enter YOUR OWN credentials - unique to your account. The Host, Port and Mountpoint below are the same for every customer.
2. Give the controller internet: The remote controller must have its own internet to reach the correction server - connect it to a Wi-Fi hotspot or plug in a USB 4G dongle. On the Phantom 4 RTK a 4G dongle is recommended over the weak built-in Wi-Fi. The aircraft gets corrections via the controller.
3. Power up and connect: Power on the aircraft and controller, wait until they're linked and you see the live camera view. Take the aircraft outdoors with clear sky so it can acquire satellites before connecting corrections.
4. Open the RTK settings: Mavic 3 Enterprise / Matrice (DJI Pilot 2): tap the (…) menu top-right, then the RTK tab. Phantom 4 RTK (DJI GS RTK): tap the RTK button in the status bar. Wording varies by app/firmware - look for the RTK section.
5. Turn RTK on: Enable the RTK function (e.g. toggle 'RTK Positioning' ON) so the aircraft can use external corrections.
6. Set the correction source to Custom Network RTK: Under 'RTK Service Type' select 'Custom Network RTK' (Custom Network RTK / NTRIP). Do NOT choose 'D-RTK 2 Mobile Station' or 'DJI Network RTK' - those are DJI's own base or paid service and won't connect to our network. The wrong source typically fails silently.
7. Enter the server Host: In Host / Server address, type: rtkpremium.xyz (no http\://, no spaces).
8. Enter the Port: In the Port field, type: 2101
9. Enter the Mount Point: In Mount Point / Mountpoint, type: COMMON (exactly, capitals). If the app shows a list/refresh button instead, select COMMON from the list.
10. Enter your account and password: In Account / Username and Password, enter YOUR OWN NTRIP credentials from your welcome email - per-customer; do not share. Protocol is NTRIP (default for Custom Network RTK).
11. Connect: Tap Connect / OK to save and apply. DJI Pilot 2 remembers the configuration for later flights. On the Phantom 4 RTK in GS RTK, 'Network Diagnostics' can confirm the dongle/SIM and connection show green.
12. Wait for the RTK status to reach FIX: With the aircraft outdoors under open sky, watch the RTK status: SINGLE (red) → FLOAT (yellow) → FIX (green, cm accuracy). Convergence usually takes \~30 - 90 s (allow up to \~2 min on the P4RTK). Both aircraft and controller RTK status should show connected / FIX before you fly or capture survey data.

### If the fix will not hold

The aircraft receives corrections through the controller, so keep the controller's internet (Wi-Fi hotspot or 4G dongle) stable for the whole flight. Labels differ between DJI Pilot 2 (Mavic 3E / Matrice) and DJI GS RTK (Phantom 4 RTK) and firmware versions. If status stays SINGLE/FLOAT, recheck the controller's internet, confirm the source is Custom Network RTK (not D-RTK 2 or DJI Network RTK), and verify Host/Port/Mount Point/credentials.
